Refund & Returns Policy

Made Just for You

All Scan & Sell products are made to order through our print partners, including Printful and Printify.

Because every item is created especially for you, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for:

  • Ordering the wrong size
  • Ordering the wrong color
  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect custom details entered at checkout
  • Shipping information entered incorrectly

Please check your order carefully before placing it.


When We Will Help

We will replace or refund an order if:

✅ The item arrives damaged

✅ The item has a printing or manufacturing problem

✅ You received the wrong item

✅ The print is clearly defective, unreadable or incorrect

To request help:

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery and send:

  • Your order number
  • Photos showing the problem
  • A short explanation

If approved, we will:

  • Send a replacement at no extra cost, or
  • Issue a refund to your original payment method

Shipping Problems

If your package shows as delivered but cannot be found:

Please contact the shipping carrier first.

If a package is confirmed lost during shipping, we will help coordinate a replacement when possible.


Our Promise

If we make a mistake, we fix it.

You should never have to pay twice for a verified production problem.

This promise applies only to production, printing, or fulfillment errors reported within the required timeframe.


Important Information

Because all items are printed after ordering:

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once production begins
  • Personalized items are final sale
  • Products that have been altered, washed, resold, or intentionally damaged are not eligible

Please contact us before opening payment disputes or chargebacks so we can help resolve the issue.
