Scan & Sell products are made to order using print-on-demand fulfillment partners. Each item is produced specifically for your order before shipping.
Processing Time
All orders require production before shipment.
• Production time: 2–7 business days
• Orders enter production immediately after purchase
• Orders cannot be canceled once production begins
Shipping Time
After production, shipping timelines vary by destination.
• United States & Canada: 3–7 business days
• United Kingdom & Europe: 3–7 business days
• Rest of World: 7–15 business days
Shipping time begins after production is complete.
Shipping Rates
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on:
• Destination
• Product type
• Order quantity
Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking link by email.
Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear.
Customs & Import Fees
International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes.
These fees are the customer’s responsibility.
Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect address:
• A reshipment fee will apply
• Refunds are not issued for address errors
Lost in Transit
If a package is confirmed lost in transit, we will issue a replacement at no cost.
